Aims of the treatment
Through the treatment you will become more aware of your body and your breathing patterns, and therefore of your posture and how you really feel. Behaviour patterns become recognised and you learn how to better deal with blockages and emotions. After every session you feel "looser" and you will experience greater warmth. Questions of a physical and psychosocial nature will thus find an answer through a better understanding of the body. With better insight into your own functioning, many complaints can be prevented.
